Refund Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

We want Steady Path to genuinely help. If it isn't right for you, this policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for your membership.

What you are subscribing to

Steady Path Membership plans are $5, $10, or $20 USD per month — or $60, $120, or $180 USD per year — depending on the plan and billing frequency you choose. Every plan includes a 1-week free trial (billing begins when the trial ends) — and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid month or year until you cancel. Your order is processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email steadypathsupport@gmail.com and we'll help you through it. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to your purchase.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account page or through Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal charge; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one using the steps above if you are within the 30-day window.

Renewal charges

Because the subscription renews automatically, a charge will occur on the same day each month (or year, for annual plans) until you cancel. Paddle emails a receipt for every charge to the address used at checkout.

After the 30-day window

Refund requests made more than 30 days after your order date are handled at our discretion in line with Paddle's policies, but you can always cancel to stop future charges.
